Court Builders Northern California was built on legacy — and built on courts.

For more than four decades, the late Philip Park laid the foundation of what would become one of the most respected court construction companies in the region. As founder of AllSport America and Sport Court Northern California, Philip personally oversaw the construction of more than 15,000 courts across Northern California and Northern Nevada — transforming backyards, schools, parks, and athletic facilities into places where memories were made.

Barrett Park (current owner of Court Builders Northern California and AllSport America) quite literally grew up on those job sites.

As a child, he played on the backyard court his father installed at home. As a teenager, he installed courts during summers to earn spending money — learning firsthand what quality craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work really meant.

After earning his Business degree from California Polytechnic State University — where he competed as a collegiate soccer player — Barrett continued his education with an MBA from University of San Francisco.

But instead of stepping into an office, he stepped back onto job sites.

Right out of graduate school, Barrett was grading sub-base with a Bobcat, setting forms, pouring concrete, striping lines, and building courts from the ground up. He went on to lead Northern California residential and commercial sales before ultimately taking over full leadership of the company.

Today, Barrett has managed every facet of the business — from design and engineering to sales strategy, construction execution, and long-term client relationships. His hands-on experience gives Court Builders a rare advantage: executive-level leadership grounded in field-level expertise.

But the mission has never changed.
